Little Dragons puts children on the right path with a class which is fun yet structured. 4 - 7 year olds learn respect & discipline along with other important life skills.
Taekwon-do is a traditional Korean martial art which will train your mind and body. 7 year olds and over can join this class.
Kickboxing is for people who want more emphasis on fitness and you need to be 13 years old to join this session.
We specialise in family memberships and have many families training together; why don't you train with your children/parents?
